If your package does not arrive for any reason, we will fully cover the cost of reshipping it.

Please ensure that all shipping information you provide is accurate.
Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import-related fees charged by their country.

To help minimize import costs, we label all parcels as low-value “Gifts.”
All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Hong Kong.

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your email.
Please allow up to five days for tracking updates to appear on the carrier’s website.
In certain countries, customs clearance may cause additional delays.

Both Free Shipping and Paid Fast Shipping options are calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping zone.
